Terms of Service
Effective date: May 14, 2026 · Version 2026-05-14
Important — not legal advice. This is a template. Have a licensed attorney review and customize these terms (including the arbitration clause) before relying on them in production.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using QEZLIO, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Cross-merchant data sharing — explicit consent
You acknowledge and opt in to the following: limited transaction metadata may be shared with participating Merchants in the QEZLIO network for program operation. Merchants do not receive your name, email, phone, or payment information — only a rotating opaque identifier. You may withdraw consent at any time in your account settings.
3. Loyalty benefits
Loyalty benefits have no cash value outside the program and are not legal tender. Specific redemption values and any applicable fees will be disclosed in the pilot program terms provided to participants.
4. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- One account per person. No automated or fraudulent earning.
- We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud or abuse.
5. Merchant relationships
Each Merchant is a separate business. QEZLIO is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods and services offered by Merchants. Disputes about a Merchant's products are between you and the Merchant.
6. Termination & data deletion
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may submit a deletion request that will fan out to all participating Merchants (see Privacy Policy §7). We retain transaction records for 7 years where required by financial recordkeeping law.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited as set forth in the pilot program terms provided to participants.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Arbitration and class-action waiver clauses to be drafted by counsel.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
